When you order, your building will be designed based on your own requirements and we will issue State-engineer sealed drawings including your anchor bolt summaries and design calculations. All Steel buildings are engineered to only require piers at each column for erection, saving you additional cost on concrete, unless you choose to pour a slab.

·                     All our buildings are commercial-grade structures. They are completely pre-drilled, pre-cut, and pre-welded, including the clips being pre-welded to the beams designed to save you at least 40%-45% in labor, time, as well as cost on erecting the building.  They are engineered to only require piers at each column, saving you additional cost on concrete which the majority of the systems on the market do not offer
